Gretchen was great from the first time I talked to her on the phone. I called her about a house that I was interested in. She was honest and forthcoming about the house having an history of flooding. She told me that if I didn’t want to get a little water in the house that I should look for a different house, lol. Gretchen was very honest about all the houses that I was considering. I bugged her all the time, and she always kept a pleasant disposition and answered all my questions. She was great from the beginning and still is. I still bug her with questions, even though we signed the papers over a month ago, and she still returns all my calls and answers those questions. I am so lucky to have had her as my realtor.
